Mrs. A. H. Hilgert, left; Mrs. A. C. Ferguson, standing at right, and Mrs. Paul Olmstead, kneeling. The women are trimming one of the twenty-six Christmas trees provided for the U.S. Public Health Service Hospital. The Fort Worth Garden Club provided the trees. Decorations were made by pupils of Alexander Hogg Elementary School and by B&PW Garden Club members. Mrs. Hilgert is wearing a dark blazer and skirt. She is holding an ornament. Mrs. Ferguson is wearing a light colored blazer and skirt. She is handing an ornament higher on the tree. Mrs. Olmstead is wearing a striped dress. She is adjusting the decorations on the lower branches. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, December 23, 1945.
