United States Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer Doyle O. Goodwin, Veteran. A veteran of nine Pacific invasions, Chief Petty Officer Goodwin was a member of the Commander's staff in charge of pay and supply activities for his group of 12 Landing Ships, Tanks (L.S.T.s). He is married to the former Florette Madelaine Bread of New Orleans, Louisiana.
