This turkey is part of the highly-prized breeding stock of the Batty Turkey Farm in Floyd County. Shown with the turkey are Mr. and Mrs. David S. Batty of Floydada, Texas, who have 15 entries in the Southwest Turkey Breeders Exposition at Pioneer Palace. Mr. Batty is wearing a suit and a hat and Mrs. Batty is wearing a long coat and a hat. The turkey is standing on a table, beside a wire cage. There are turkeys in cages in the background.
