The Engquist family was jubilant Thursday as Corporal Oliver Engquist arrived home after serving overseas with the military. Corporal Engquist is shown meeting his daughter, Jerrie Lou, for the first time. He is dressed in a military uniform. Jerrie Lou is wearing a dress and a locket. Mrs. Engquist is standing beside the pair. She is wearing a floral dress. The happy introduction came on the little girl's first birthday.
