Description
J. M. McEachern is the owner of mineral rich land near Lillian, Texas. Too valuable for grazing, Mr. McEachern leased the land to John Callahan, of San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Callahan will have the soil dug up and the shale, rich in minerals, used as fertilizer. A man in a cowboy hat is shown operating a crane and dumping shale into the bed of a truck.
