Description
An example of the many useful things that can be done with an alley rather than let it grow up in rank weeds and grass. Mrs. J. B. Moyers of 2210 Ross is ready to pick okra from this bed in the alley back of her residence. Credited with the neatness of the alley, however is the owner of the property and the adjoining lot, M. A. Hill of 2208 Ross. This is one showing proper grooming of an alley in the citywide cleanup campaign. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 30, 1945.
