    Neighborhood co-operation necessary "to get Fort Worth clean and keep it clean" is pictured. Mr. and Mrs. M. A. Hill, extreme left, whose alley is spotless, are giving a hand to a new neighbor, Mrs. L. R. Hooper, far right, who with her husband recently purchased the home. at 2211 Clinton. Helping the grownups are little Rosa Lee Hooper, 9, next to Hill, and her brother, Roy Vance Hooper, 5, collecting the cut grass.
