Description
Health officials have been asked to clean all the city's alleys in an effort to prevent a recurrence of a polio epidemic in Fort Worth. Only with complete co-operation of the citizens can this be accomplished. Diseases will not flourish in this alley on W. Allen between St. Louis and May, for the ground is clean and the weeds are trimmed. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, July 2, 1945.
