Description
Captain James R. Reed was appointed assistant agricultural agent for Tarrant County by the Commissioner's Court. He replaced S. H. Hendricks, who resigned in May. Captain Reed will work principally with the livestock raisers and the 4-H boys' club of the county. Captain Reed is on terminal leave from the Army Air Forces. He received his Bachelors and Masters degrees from Texas Technical College. Captain Reed is wearing his military uniform and standing against a wall.
