The War Manpower Commissioner (W. M. C.) is touring the nation to study manpower problems. As a guest in Fort Worth, Texas the commissioner was honored with a Saturday luncheon. Pictured left to right, are Henry Love, James H. Bond, and Commissioner Paul V. McNutt. Mr. Love is dressed in a double breasted, pinstripe suit. Mr. Bond, of Dallas, Texas, is wearing a light-colored suit. Mr. McNutt is dressed in a dark, three-piece suit.
