Fort Worth, Texas, is a holding a Waste Paper Collection drive. Participating in the drive, left to right, are William C. Jennings, and Robert C. Carson. William is a Cub Scout with Den 5, Pack 56. He has collected 1,000 pounds of waste paper, becoming the first scout in the area to win the Eisenhower medal. William is dressed in his scout uniform. Mr. Carson, scout coordinator for the Broadway Baptist Church, is helping stack the waste paper. He is dressed in a button-up shirt and trousers.
