The War Manpower Commissioner (W. M. C.) is touring the nation to study manpower problems. As a guest in Fort Worth, Texas the commissioner was honored with a Saturday luncheon. Seated, left to right are the commissioner, Paul V. McNutt and Homer Covey. Standing are Doctor W. J. Danforth and James R. Ellis. Mr. McNutt is dressed in a dark, three-piece suit. Mr. Covey is the president of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce. He is wearing a suit with a bow tie. Dr. Danforth is a national committeeman with the American Legion. He is dressed in a dark, double breasted suit. Mr. Ellis. is the area W. M. C. director. He is wearing a suit.
