Description
War bonds selling contest leaders. Monnig's employees have already gone over the top of their own 7th War Loan quota by 55 percent and are now campaigning to see that their customers do as well. The contest was opened with an announcement that $600 in war bonds will be awarded at the end of the drive. The prizes will be divided into two groups. Juantia Mills of the cosmetics department and C. T. Hickman of the receiving department were leading the two groups. They are standing next to each other, holding their prizes and posing for a picture. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, evening edition, May 23, 1945.
