Mayor Roscoe Carnrike presented Eagle Scout awards to Robert of Troop 4 and James of Sea Scout Ship Lafayette at a central Court of Honor held Tuesday night at the United States of Courthouse in honor of 31 scouts of the Fort Worth Area Council who received Star, Life and Eagle ranks at the formal ceremony. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 16, 1945.
