Description
The Tarrant County Road Committee is examining the problems of road maintenance and suggesting ways to reduce the cost. Left to right are Miss Ruth Townsen and Edwin L. Baker. They are discussing the repair costs on caterpillar tractors, four of which are out for service repairs. Miss Townsen is a member of the committee. She is wearing a hat, fur coat, and gloves. Mr. Baker is chairman of the subcommittee. He is dressed in a suit and a double breasted coat.
