The Tarrant County Road Committee is examining the problems of road maintenance and suggesting ways to reduce the cost. Attending a luncheon left to right are Tom Cravens, E. C. Woodward, and Mayor B. R. Wall. Mr. Cravens is president of Arlington Chamber of Commerce. He is wearing a three piece suit. Mr. Woodward is a division state highway engineer. He is dressed in a double breasted suit. Mr. Wall is the Mayor of Grapevine, Texas. He is wearing a three piece suit.
