Description

Members of the Tarrant County Road Committee went on a two-hundred mile tour of sections of the county's road system. They are studying ways to reduce road and bridge costs in the county. Arlington, Texas Mayor W. F. Altman, is greeting the committee members as they descended from a chartered bus. Left to right are Marvin Nichols, John Luttrell, and Mayor Altman. Mr. Nichols, committee chair, is wearing a hat, suit, and coat. Mr. Luttrell is dressed in a hat and a double breasted pinstripe suit. Mayor Altman is wearing a hat, suit, and a tweed coat.
