Description

The Tarrant County Road Committee is examining the problems of road maintenance and suggesting ways to reduce the cost. Left to right are County Engineer Cook and County Commissioner Thannisch. The men standing on top of a bridge, pointing out features of the permanent concrete structure The bridge replaced the Arkansas Lane crossing of the Johnson Station Branch. In the past, the creek washed away numerous wooden structures. Mr. Cook is wearing a hat, suit, scarf, coat, and leather gloves. Mr. Thannisch is dressed in a hat, suit, and coat.
