Description

Major Robert T. Welborn returned home after more than four years in the armed forces. He will soon return to inactive status in the Reserve Corps and civilian life. He is a veteran of World War I and World War II. During the first war he served more than two years in France and England. He was called to active duty in 1941 and helped train B-17 and B-24 pilots. Major Welborn is wearing his military uniform.
