Mayor Roscoe Carnrike, left, has signed a proclamation setting aside May 6-13 in Fort Worth as Religious Book Week, which was presented to him by President M. E. Sadler, right, of Texas Christian University (TCU). Sadler is chairman of the Fort Worth Roundtable of the National Conference of Christians and Jews which is sponsoring the observance. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, April 27, 1945.
