Copy of a portrait photograph of Sergeant Thomas B. Hulsey, of Wichita Falls, Texas. He was an infantryman in the 100th Division of the 7th Army, serving overseas. Sergeant Hulsey was awarded a Purple Heart for executing his duties as battalion wire chief. The award was received by his wife, the former Miss Elizabeth Lee Mefford. Sergeant Hulsey is pictured wearing his military uniform.
