The Past Exalted Rulers Council of The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks (BPOE) held their annual meeting Tuesday night in Fort Worth, Texas. Among the newly elected officers was Homer Belew, who was elevated to the post of president of the Past Exalted Rulers Council of Fort Worth Lodge Number 124. He is shown standing against a wall. He is dressed in a double breasted pinstripe suit and tie and wearing eyeglasses. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, March 7, 1945.
