Half bust portrait of 19-year-old naval officer, Ensign Erwin Willoughby, in uniform. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, in absentia, from Tulane University. He is visiting his mother Mrs. J. L. Willoughby, 2218 W. Rosedale. His two brothers are in military service. He was commissioned after graduating from the Navy Supply Corps School at Harvard last fall. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, March 1, 1945.
