Description

Charles Wages is a seaman first class radarman of the Coast Guard. Before entering the service fifteen months ago, he was assistant pastor at The Church (515 College Street). He is spending his leave in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife and son Kenneth. Mr. Wages will also give a sermon while in town. He is standing in front of a wall, wearing a military uniform.
