Chief Radioman William A. Price. Mr. Price wearing a military uniform while standing against a wall. He wears four battle stars on his campaign ribbons and holds commendation for "excellent and faithful performance of duty under adverse conditions." Price served 39 months overseas during two tours of duty aboard an aircraft carrier, taking part in strikes against the Marshall Islands, the Carolines, the Mariannas, New Guinea, Palau, the Bonins, Formosa, and last the Philippines.
