    Description

    Second Lieutenant H. G. Bachman received his navigator's wings and commission at Ellington Field, Houston, Texas. He spent a 15-day leave with his aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. G. C. Bachman, and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Bachman. He was graduated from Throckmorton High School and attended Texas Technological College. He is a former correspondent for the Star-Telegram. Lieutenant Bachman is shown standing against a bare wall, smiling, wearing his military uniform. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, evening edition, January 4, 1945.
