Description

Sergeant Dorothy Nell Godley served two years with the Woman's Army Corps in Africa and Italy. She returned home on furlough to spend a late Christmas with her parents Dr. and Mrs. L. O. Godley. She plans to catch up on eating some of the foods she missed while overseas. Sergeant Godley is a graduate of Paschal High School and Texas Christian University. She is standing in front of a fireplace, dressed in her military uniform.
