    Description

The Tarrant County Courthouse has plenty of space on the "forgotten floor" just under the courthouse dome. Custodian C. H. Wright is standing on a steel girder in one section of the spacious unfinished floor of the fifty-year-old building. The elevator shaft doesn't reach the unfinished level, but it is accessible by the stairs. Mr. Wright is wearing a cowboy hat, a button-up shirt, striped necktie, and trousers.
