Description
George L. Ledingham Junior, fireman first class, standing against a bare wall and wearing his military uniform. Mr. Ledingham was graduated from Polytechnic High School in 1941. He was working for Consolidated Aircraft Corporation when he enlisted in December 1942. He was in the Pacific 18 months. He is home visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. G. L. Ledingham, after participating in battles at Palau and Leyte in the Philippines. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, evening edition, December 28, 1944.
