    Description

    Development of the Texas Elks Crippled Children's Institution at Gonzales, Texas for treatment of infantile paralysis (polio) along the lines of the Warm Springs, Georgia. The institution was created by Harry A. Nass, president of Texas Elks Association, on his official visit to the Fort Worth lodge. Mr. Nass appears to be wearing a black suit, with white collared shirt, and a tie.
