Description
Elvious Moore, Chief Commissary Steward, a veteran of eight and a half years with the Navy, has returned to Fort Worth, Texas, after a year's service in Hawaii. He is visiting his wife, the former Miss Billye House, and his three-year-old son, Tommy. Moore enlisted in the Navy after graduating from Stripling High School and has been at Guadalcanal, New Hebrides and Nomeau since the war began. He is standing against a wall, dressed in his military uniform.
