    Left to right: Private First Class Herrin Stephens and his brother, Private First Class Robert W. Stephens, both of the United States Marine Corps. Herrin returned to Texas after 11 months of duty in the South Pacific. He is stationed at a base in Corpus Christi, Texas, and is in Fort Worth, Texas, visiting his mother. Robert has served two years in the Southwest Pacific. He is spending his leave with Mrs. Oleta Stephens and his brother. Both men are standing against a wall, dressed in their military uniforms.
