    Mrs. E. J. Ward, 53, wife of a horse and mule dealer, died September 7, 1944. Funeral will be held at All Saints Catholic Church. Mrs. Ward lived in Fort Worth for 35 years. She is survived by her husband, and 4 brothers; Jack Lamp, Elroy Lamp, Leo Lamp, and Ira Lamp, and a sister, Mrs. G. S.. Holmberg of Fort Worth. Mrs. Ward wears a feathered scarf in the portrait photograph. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, September 8, 1944.
