Description
Captain Arnott DeLange wears combat stars for the New Guinea and Papuan Campaigns. He entered service January, 1941, from medical practice in Galveston, where he graduated from the University of Texas Medical School. His wife and son, John William, who will be 4 years old next month, are living with Mrs. DeLange's parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Short. Captain DeLange will be with them until August 8, when he reports to Fort Sam Houston for reassignment. He is wearing a military uniform and sitting on a chair. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
