    Description

    Ensign W. A. Moncrief Junior is a new member of the United States Navy. He will report for indoctrination on July 31, 1944 in Hollywood, Florida. He attended Culver Military Academy and graduated from the University of Texas in 1942. Before joining the service, he was a flight service engineer for Convair. Ensign Moncrief is married with three sons. He is shown standing against a wall, dressed in his military uniform.
