Description

Harry R. Evans, twenty, was commissioned an ensign after completing multi-engine Navy flight training at Corpus Christi, Texas. He was in Fort Worth, Texas, to visit his parents. Ensign Evans graduated from Polytechnic High School in 1941 and attended college at Texas Technical College in Lubbock before entering the service in 1943. He is standing against a wall, dressed in his military uniform.
