Left to right, C. J. Stephenson, St Louis, San Francisco and Texas Railway Company; E. G. McKinney, Convair; W. J. Millican, Community Public Service Company. Odell W. Bailey, Texasteel Manufacturing Company and Ed. C. Branham, Texas Ice and Refrigeration Company received certificates of achievement for outstanding safety records in their industries. at the joint conference of the Texas Safety Association, Texas Police Association and Texas Traffic Court Judges by seven Fort Worth firms. In this picture, C. J. Stephenson is wearing a three piece suit with pocket square and pin on his lapel. E. G. McKinney is wearing a double breasted suit with striped shirt and tie. He is has on rimless glasses and a pin on his lapel. W. J. Millican is wearing a pin stripe suit, stripe shirt, tie and chain tie bar with cowboy boot. There are two ribbons on his lapel. Odell W. Bailey is wearing a three piece suit, with pocket square, rimless glasses and a ribbon on his lapel. Ed C. Branham is wearing a pin stripe suit, polka dot tie and chain tie bar.
