The trio of men are standing behind a wooden desk that is covered with a few scattered papers and two cigarette boxes. Mr. Allen appears to be reading from the documents he is holding, while Mr. Neeley and Mr, Sproles look on. They are all dressed in textured suits, however Mr. Allen's is the darkest. Behind them is a wall with a patterned banner hung up.
