Description
Lieutenant Caroline Tupper, assistant head quarters commandant of the Training Command, posts one of the maps in office. She is the daughter of a brigadier general, and the niece of General George C. Marshall. Lieutenant Tupper, in military uniform, is holding papers in her left hand while her right hand is reaching towards the map on the wall. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition, May 7, 1944.
