    Description

    Mrs. W. C. Edmiston of Ralston, Nebraska is the handler to Boston terrier, Miss Perry, who won Best in Show at the Fort Worth dog show. This is the second time that Mrs. Edmiston has taken top honors at a Fort Worth dog show. She has an illustrious career as a professional handler for the last forty-two years but mostly in the Midwestern states and has won thousands of blue ribbons and many higher honors. Photograph of Mrs. Edmiston from the waist up. She is wearing a suit with seahorse pin and guardian angel pin on lapel. She has on a collarless shirt with vertical pleats. Her hat resembles that of Robin Hood's, based on style and feathers. The pattern of both hat and blazer are herringbone. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, April 23, 1944.
