    Description

Sewer line tunnel. H. F. Allison, Superintendent for the contractor. Mr Allison is shown with one of the cars for the railroad line he constructed to haul waste material out of the 4.400 foot tunnel. He's wearing a jacket, a pair of trousers and a hat while he looks up from the tunnel. The cart next to him is being pushed up by an unnamed construction worker. Above them is a box made up of wooden planks. The ground below them is made up of dirt, rocks and some building materials.
