    Description

Sewer line tunnel. Inspecting pipe, W. A. Satterwhite (left) and R.U. Andrews. The two are standing in one of the torms around which concrete is blown in the 100-foot deep tunnel and inspecting the concrete that comes through. The tunnel is shown to be somewhat narrow, only being a few inches above the duo's heads. Mr. Satterwhite is wearing a jacket, a hat and a pair of eye glasses and Mr. Andrews is wearing a jacket. Behind the two are two other unnamed pipeline workers who are looking on.
