Description
Sewer line tunnel. W. H. Butler loads concrete into his compressed air gun and shoots cement "mix" through the pipe to be inspected. The tunnel appears to be somewhat narrow and short, only being a few inches taller than Mr. Butler in some spots. He is wearing overalls, a long-sleeved shirt and a hat. He is also wearing a pair of work gloves to help him load the concrete. Beside him is a wooden support beam that has a few wires and light bulbs hanging off of it.
