Frank E. Mason is a special assistant to Navy Secretary Frank Knox. The picture was snapped on Thursday when the NBC vice president and former president of the International News Service visited old friends in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram office. Mr. Mason is dressed in a three piece, double breasted suit. He is sitting at his desk, working on a typewriter. There is a dictionary next to him.
