Both are jointly holding the bond certificate and smiling. Miss Cooper is an employee in the civilian personnel division. Her purchase is putting the drive over a $100,000 total. She is wearing a collared blouse and a pinafore dress. Captain (Capt.) Sokol is an officer in charge of war bond sales at the Depot. He is dressed in uniform.
