Fourth War Loan Drive. Reverend Hayden Edwards, left, and E. G. Parker are busy on the final day's rush that put Tarrant County over in Series E bond sales. Reverend Edwards is the speakers' vice chairman and church chairman. Mr. Parker is joint vice chairman of the county war finance committee. Both men are wearing suits as the stuff reports in an envelope to the Federal Reserve Bank.
