Fourth War Loan Drive, Seibold Cafe. Warren Ng Song (right|| Treasury Department representative of the cafe, shown purchasing bond from John Brooks of the First National Bank. The two men are standing in front of a wall that has a poster of a soldier that reads, "Let's ALL Fight". Mr. Song and Mr. Brooks are shown talking to each other as they hold on to the war bond. They're both wearing suits and smiling. Personnel of the Seibold Cafe went over $600 on their self-set quota for the Fourth War Loan.
