He husband, Sergeant Lee Scrimsher, has been in the Army 15 months. He is stationed at Camp Claiborne, Louisiana. Mrs. Scrimsher is dressed in a blouse and a jacket. She is displaying the $200 bonds she bought. In all, she has $1,700 put away for postwar planning.
