Description
A kickoff meeting is being held for the Fourth War Loan Drive, Thursday afternoon. In attendance, left to right are Felix Hargis and James P. Mitchell, co-chairmen of the overall group committee which will canvass 69 Tarrant industrial groups. They are shown examining one of the 325 kits issued to campaign workers. The men are seated at a banquet table, reviewing the kit. Mr. Hargis is wearing a three-piece pinstripe suit and tie. Mr. Mitchell is dressed in a double breasted striped suit and tie and smoking a cigarette. Behind them is a large window with draperies.
