Description

Lieutenant Colonel Cecil L. Faulkner. A man standing against a painted panel wall, the edge of a fireplace mantle on the far right of the photo. His uniform is a dark jacket with military ribbons, insignia, and wings. There are also wings with propellers on the lapels and a leaf-shape pinned on the jacket epaulet. His shirt is a light color and the tie is solid in a similar level of color. Clipping from related photo:"Sees Daughter First TimeLt. Col. Cecil L.
